Is it possible that, as the person who's got the "breath of the last cigarette on my teeth," that the singer/writer is also the one who has on a black dress with the tights underneath? The way I read the lyrics on this site, that has to be the case. So is he the "Hoe" we can't trust later?

Of course he has girls in mind or gay men, maybe, since I think he's wearing the black dress but I'm not sure. Boyfriend with a "beef" ha ha so your (he's talking to you now) boyfriend either has a gripe or is puffed up, maybe? Then he rises above that saying he's a vegetarian and not f-in scared.

X's are obviously a reference to marking someone who can't drink (either free, or underage?) You (he's singing to you, ya?) stole a setlist off the stage but other women (or men) have kissed it with edgy lipstick colored lips.

Now you have some problems with bruises (from drug or alcohol use I presume which is why you are shaking) and are really glad no one knows who you are, you girl you, so maybe I'm wrong about the black dress/tights/hoe thing.

Now about the Helen Keller--get over it, girls. This is a reference about wanting sex and not talk, but it isn't necessarily sexist. It refers to a woman who can't talk, sure, but it could have been turned if the singer were female and there were a mute famous male. I'm sure many girls wanted less talk and more action themselves, which is what this passage boils down to.

So is the singer a hoe or not? If so is that why we don't trust a hoe? Or is it because he is totally straight and hasn't found a hoe to trust him? And in that case who is wearing the black dress with the tights underneath?
