First Time by House is about the guy I am guessing the singer, the first verse is about two people who are looking for what seems to be the same thing.But they've been afraid of getting hurt again. The the Pre-Chorus is like him taking a chance cause he loves the girl who he refers to "We're" The chorus is he's feeling love again, and basically the song is about a guy and his first time with the girl and having S** with her. And then at the end he says it feels like home meaning he feels that she is the one and he's in love again. That's just my interperatation of it.
