I believe it's a reference to not only the nice shoe's but the nice drugs, or weed (because I don't see weed as a drug), that they have. They also could be talking about being high in general, because "j's on my feet" could be the reference to "being lifted". It's all about a party I'm jealous of hahaha and smokers all the know true good weed will make your body feel like it's rising (rising off your feet).
